Stellar Jewelry
Stellar jewelry is gold and white gold (rhodhium) plated and made of brass (an alloy of copper and zinc) or 925 sterling silver. The diamonds set in zirconium.
Our jewelry is designed in our Paris studio in France. We then work with suppliers selected for their jewelry expertise, craftsmanship and knowledge. Our link chains are made in Italy. Our zirconium jewelry is made in East Asia.
No, there is no such thing as waterproof costume jewelry, but Stellar jewelry is water resistant thanks to the high quality of the gold plating. Nevertheless, it is not recommended to put Stellar jewelry in water.
Yes, we offer a collection of jewelry that can be personalized with letters. You can have a name or word on bracelets, anklets and necklaces, as well as letters on earrings.
Yes, our earrings and chips can be used as piercing.
No, all availabilities are mentioned on our website. We work in small quantities to avoid overproduction. Due to the recency of our brand, we have not yet generalized our offer in gold and white gold.
In addition to the legal guarantees to which we are bound, there is a commercial guarantee which covers the repair of the jewels (replacement of the clasp, broken chain, stones to be reattached). The Customer can request the application of this guarantee by mail (by returning the Product to us) or by coming directly to the store with the Product and the proof of purchase. This warranty is free of charge. This warranty runs from the date of delivery of the Product for a period of one (1) year.
This commercial warranty does not apply to
- non-conforming use and defects in use
- deterioration due to a handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes
- in case of abnormal maintenance or lack of maintenance and hygiene
- in case of natural wear and tear, interventions carried out on the jewel by any person not mandated by the Customer Service as well as deterioration resulting from such an intervention.
Our jewelry is hypoallergenic. If you are allergic to gold-plated earrings, or if you get a rash or itch when wearing them, try putting a little clear nail polish on the post and roll. When it eventually fades, just reapply it.
Jewelry care
Chlorine, salt water and fresh water can damage precious metals by tarnishing or eroding them. Gold plating is particularly susceptible to chlorine damage, which can permanently damage or discolor it. Soapy water from baths and showers can also leave a thin film, giving the metal a dull appearance. Be sure to avoid extreme heat or humidity, as this can cause tarnishing. Do not bathe or shower while wearing your Stellar jewelry, and remove rings when washing your hands.

Always remember that your Stellar jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get ready. Your jewelry is especially susceptible to damage from the effects of chemicals in perfumes, hairspray, makeup, nail polish removers, body oils, suntan lotions and deodorants.
The cleanliness of your jewelry affects its appearance. We advise you to wash your jewelry with saline solution or demineralized water and a cotton pad to remove any dirt that could tarnish it. Cleaning your jewelry too often can, on the other hand, damage it, so only do it if necessary.
Always remember that your Stellar jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get ready. Always store your jewelry individually, preferably in your soft-lined Stellar box or pouch, to prevent your Stellar jewelry from getting rubbed, scratched or tangled. Also remember to keep your chains attached so they don't get tangled. This will also keep your Stellar jewelry safe from the air that causes oxidation.
Sustainable development
Yes, our jewelry is sustainable. We work in small quantities with recycled metals to avoid overproduction. We also offer a re-gilding service to avoid over-consumption of costume jewelry.
Eco-friendly jewelry boxes with our Stellar logo printed on them!
- Sustainable materials: Our Stellar jewelry boxes use FSC certified cardboard® and water based glue. We have the boxes produced in a factory in Denmark. As a result, the boxes have a much smaller carbon footprint, as this minimizes the CO2 emissions for transporting the boxes.
- Tarnish-free packaging: Stellar packaging does not contain chemicals that accelerate tarnishing. Use our beautiful Stellar jewelry boxes and keep your jewelry shiny and tarnish-free longer!

Yes, we ship internationally. Products are delivered worldwide. No deliveries can be made to a hotel or P.O. Box address.
Delivery costs are free for orders over 50€ otherwise they amount to 5€ per order.

Follow-up / Delivery
From the moment the order is shipped, the average delivery time is as follows:
- 24 to 48 hours in metropolitan France.
- 2 to 5 days in Corsica, the West Indies, Europe and the United Kingdom.
- 5 to 10 working days abroad.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an email from the carrier with tracking information. If you do not receive it, please send an email to bonjour@stellar.paris to get your tracking number.
Once you receive the order tracking email, the carrier is responsible. Stellar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages (which happens very rarely). However, if this happens to you, please contact us at bonjour@stellar.paris and we will do our best to clarify the situation and help you find the package.
Return / Exchange
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer may cancel his order at his discretion without giving any reason. To this end, he has a right of withdrawal. He may exercise this right (or a third party designated by him, with the exception of the carrier) within 14 days of receiving the Product. Before the expiration of this 14-day period, the Customer must inform Stellar of his/her decision to withdraw either by sending the withdrawal form at the bottom of the GTC by cutting it out or by sending it in your package, after having duly completed it, or by sending an e-mail clearly and unambiguously expressing this decision and mentioning the order number to : bonjour@stellar.paris The Customer must return the Product, at his own expense (except if the product is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect), to Stellar, at the address indicated on the withdrawal form, at the latest within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw. Stellar strongly advises its Customers to return the products by registered mail. Customers may also choose the carrier of their choice. It is therefore recommended that proof of return be kept, which implies that the Products be returned with a parcel tracking system or by any other means giving a certain date. Stellar will send the Customer a credit note for the amount of the returned Product, including shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the date on which Stellar has actually picked up the Product or from the date on which the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the Product. It is not possible to replace or exchange returned Products. You will have to place a new order online. For returns of personalized products: Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized. However, we undertake to reimburse you for clearly personalized products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-conforming).
The return of jewelry does not apply if :
